Meeting called to order by Council Vice-President Harris.

Present: Henson, Palmer, Harris.

Absent: Thomas, Perry.

The millage rates were not received from the Lauderdale County Tax Assessor’s office.

There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, the meeting was recessed until Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 3:00 p.m.
