2026 Art Farm Application

This is a juried festival, scored by a jury panel of arts professionals, recognized for its quality, diversity, and celebration of artistic styles ranging from fine art to folk art to contemporary art and traditional crafts. No resale of pre-made products/items/components are allowed.

Set up is from 6 am – Market is open for business at 8 am (if you are not in place by 8 am, you can be denied participation for that event)

No Power Available on Front Street

Each booth is $35 per festival. Prepayment will guarantee booth placement. Booth rental fees are non-refundable. Multiple booths may be rented. In addition to booth fees, each vendor will be expected to donate a small amount of produce/product for a gift basket to be given away as a door prize at the end of each festival.

1. All operations of the festival are managed by the City of Meridian, including allotment of spaces, parking, and truck placement. Sales Tax is collected by the City of Meridian and reported under your information.
2. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a friendly, business-like manner. Belligerent actions, profanity, drug or alcohol use, or harassment of other vendors or customers will not be tolerated. Anyone failing to adhere to these rules will be barred from the market and face forfeiture of booth payments. Recommendations or complaints should be directed to the City of Meridian at 601.485.1998.
