This report is a Semi‐Annual Report for the period July 1, 2020, through December 30, 2020.
The information presented in the Semi‐Annual Report includes:
- The date, time, location, source, estimated duration, estimated volume, receiving water, and cause of all Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs),
- The date, time, estimated duration, estimated volume, and cause of all effluent violations occurring at the Meridian Wastewater Treatment Plants,
- A description of projects and activities completed and milestones achieved during the reporting period pursuant to the requirements of this Consent Decree, and
- A summary of projects, activities, and milestones anticipated to be performed or achieved during the next reporting period.
