The Sewerbasin Prioritization Work Plan describes the means and methods the City will use to estimate the severity of infiltration and inflow issues and evaluate the capacity of major gravity sewer mains within the existing waste collection and transmission system. The data collected during implementation of this Work Plan will be used to prioritize sewerbasins into three groups. Groups 1 and 2 will require further evaluation, and Group 3 will be addressed under the City’s Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) Program.
