Waiver I, the parents/guardians, give my child permission to participate in the youth Basketball program offered by the Meridian Parks and Recreation. I hereby agree to hold City Of Meridian and its employees harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents, accidents or COVID-19 related sickness involving my child while participating. I understand there are risks present and I take full responsibility of those. I understand if my child decides not to play after he is placed on a team, I will not receive a refund of my registration.

$15 Registration Fee

$40 Uniform Fee
Paid to All-Star Team Sports at the Skills Evaluation
To receive a uniform, the player must attend one of the Player Skills Evaluations at the Sammie Davidson Sports Complex.

Player Skills Evaluation Dates

  • May 3, 2024
    Age 6-8, 5 p.m. – Green Field
    Age 9-11, 6 p.m. – Blue Field
    Age 12-14, 7 p.m. – Red Field
  • May 6, 2024
    Age 6-8, 9 a.m. – Green Field
    Age 9-11, 10 a.m. – Blue Field
    Age 12-14, 11 a.m. – Red Field

Payment Options

Check or Money Orders: Mail or deliver to Parks & Recreation in person. Make payable to City of Meridian.

Debit/Credit card payments can be made over the phone or in person to Parks and Recreation.
