$40 Uniform Fee
Paid to All-Star Team Sports at the Skills Evaluation
To receive a uniform, the player must attend one of the Player Skills Evaluations at the Sammie Davidson Sports Complex.

Player Skills Evaluation Dates

• Wednesday, April 29
  Age 6-8, 5-6 p.m. – Green Field
  Age 9-11, 6-7 p.m. – Blue Field
  Age 12-14, 7-8 p.m. – Red Field
• Wednesday, May 6
  Age 6-8, 5-6 p.m. – Green Field
  Age 9-11, 6-7 p.m. – Blue Field
  Age 12-14, 7-8 p.m. – Red Field
