Waiver I, the parents/guardians, give my child permission to participate in the youth Basketball program offered by the Meridian Parks and Recreation. I hereby agree to hold City Of Meridian and its employees harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents, accidents or COVID-19 related sickness involving my child while participating. I understand there are risks present and I take full responsibility of those. I understand if my child decides not to play after he is placed on a team, I will not receive a refund of my registration.

$20 Registration Fee
Please remit the registration fee to Meridian Parks & Rec no later than December 6, 2023.

$30 Uniform Fee
To receive a uniform, the player must attend one of the Player Skills Evaluations held at Velma Young Community Center.

Player Skills Evaluation Dates

  • December 2, 2023
    Age 6-8, 10 a.m.
    Age 9-10, 11:30 a.m.
  • December 6, 2023
    Age 6-8, 6:30 p.m.
    Age 9-10, 7:30 p.m.

Payment Options

Check or Money Orders: Mail or deliver to Parks & Recreation in person. Make payable to City of Meridian.

Debit/Credit card payments can be made over the phone or in person to Parks and Recreation.
